Sleeping Beauty...
Chloe has had a rough time sleeping at night lately. She wants to be held all night but still wants her own space! She wants to be held but she tosses and turns in your arms all night long. So she has been falling asleep in the most akward places like her high chair, the floor, and while I type she just fell asleep on my shoulder. Poor baby---maybe she is finally going to get a tooth???

Phone blogging???
So a friend of mine taught me how to send posts and pictures to my blog from my phone! So I'm just seeing if this works!
Taylor's first time shooting...
Ryan decided it was time to start letting Taylor shoot his gun so that she can be good and ready by the time she can hunt. She gets to hunt next year, so her daddy's gettin excited to get her ready! We went to the shooting range and we were there quite a while before she got the hang of looking through the scope! Ryan was so good with her and helped her and on her last shot she hit the target at 300 yards! She is going to take after her mom when it comes to hunting ;). Go Taylor!

Abbie says the darndest things...
Just a quick note on a few conversations that I have had with Abbie today...
1.) Abbie has always loved q-tips. She loves to clean out her own ears....and YES I let her. She got some wax on the q-tip today from her ear and this is how our convie went...
Abbbie: momma look!
me: what is it?
A: it's peanut butter!
m: peanut butter in your ear???
A: i thought it was ear wack (abbie says wack not wax) in my ear but it was peanut butter!
I let her beleive that she really did have peanut butter in her ear cause I didn't have the heart to tell her it was really "ear wack"!
2.) I always put on the playlist from our blog when I'm on the computer so I have something to listen to. And this conversation is about the song "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis....
Abbie: that songs crazy mom!
me: why is it crazy abbie?
A: cause that girl singing is bleeding with no bandaids! she just keeps bleeding, bleeding, bleeding and doesn't have NO BANDAIDS MOM!
She is so cute!

Flashback Friday (on Wednesday?!)
My friend, Judy, does this every Friday on her blog (I beleive she got it from a freinds blog as well!) so I hope she doesn't mind me stealing her idea. Every Friday I am going to have a "Flashback Friday" where I post pictures from the past. I have been meaning to do this since I made our family blog, but I haven't gotten around to it! So...I know it's not Friday, but I figure if I don't do it now it may be awhile before I get around to it again. So here is my first FLASHBACK....
I found a few pictures of the kids with their Great Grandma & Grandpa Merrill. So I thought this will be my first flashback....A Few Days With Great Grandpa!

My Christmas Present
My Wonderful Mother-in-Law, Brenda, gave me these adorable pictures of my kids for Christmas! I think they are just the cutest kids in the whole wide world! I finally bought some frames at Wal-Mart yesterday and hung them up. I said to myself, "Amy, you can either buy these frames for $5/each and hang up your beautiful pics or you can wait and buy the ones you really want that are $30/each"...so after a pretty lengthy argument with myself I bought the $5 frames cause I probably would not get around to ordering other frames for at least another year! $5 bucks or not...I think they look pretty darn good with my precious babies in them!
Chloe
My little boy is 6!
I can't beleive that 6 years have come and gone since Porter was born! He is such a sweet boy. He loves his mom and dad and his 3 sisters! He is a TOTAL boy who loves hunting, football, basketball, Wii, super heroes, and so much more! I am so glad he is my little buddy. He is so handsome! Happy Birthday Porter! I love you :0)

Snow Fun
We went up to Mount Graham on new years eve to play in the snow. It was so much fun! There was quite a bit of snow, and to our surprise-it wasn't even that cold! Which made playing in the snow that much more fun. We didn't have a sled so we made do with a tuperware lid and a flattened cardboard box! We took hot cocoa and hot dogs to cook over the fire. We had a great time! Here are some pics from our little trip!
